Vision Plan Details
Catholic Diocese of Columbus will continue to offer the choice of two vision plans. Both vision plans include coverage for eye exams, lenses and frames, contact lenses and discounts for laser vision correction. With VSP, you can purchase lenses & frames from national vision retailers, as well as many other independent providers. You will receive a higher level of benefit if you utilize the services of an in network.
